This is a creator-approved translation of a free game original published on Freem by KSBgames, a one-man studio consisting of the creator minuhinome. This game is part of a genre of game referred to in Japanese as bakage (バカゲー), a portmanteau of baka (meaning "foolish") and game. The following is a translation of the description written by the developer on the previously linked page:

From KSBgames comes the first installment of a conceptual trilogy about RPGs that might go a bit too far in a few places! Please enjoy all of the conversations crammed with useless info, pointless events, and extraneous items this game has to offer!

This is one game that is representative of the bakage genre, a genre that exist mostly in the form of free games made in RPG Maker, often using the default characters. These games are often made by taking the archetypal story of a hero going to defeat the demon lord and introducing a gag concept such as "what if the hero was stuck at level 1 the whole game?" While the primary goal of these games is to be funny, there are also sometimes elements that make the player think critically about game design or some philosophical question.

This game is from one of the more popular bakage devs, with some of his works having been played by popular Vtubers like Korone, or popular lets players like Kiyo. These games have not achieved much attention in the English-speaking community, mostly owing to a lack of English translations of the games. Although I am a beginner translator, I hope that this helps generate some interest.
